Shipping Timeline

Instock products will be shipped within 3-4 business days of payment being received and cleared, with most orders shipped the next day. Custom or semi-custom orders will be shipped within 3-4 weeks after payment being received and cleared.

We ship to the address listed in Paypal. When you place your order please double-check to be sure the address listed is the one you want your order sent to. We are not responsible if the address listed is not the one where you want your order delivered.

Shipping Rates

We ship via the United States Postal Service. Shipping rates depend on the weight of your order, current USPS prices, and any extra services you may choose to add.

Domestic Shipping

We ship to domestic addresses via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. If you prefer another shipping method instead or wish to upgrade from First Class to Priority you must let us know and pay the additional charge before your order is shipped.

International Shipping

International orders will be sent the most economical route. International customers please be aware of the possiblilty of customs fees before placing an order. You are responsible to pay any applicable customs fees; we are not able to mark "gift" on custom forms for orders that you place for yourself.

Extra Services

We cannot be responsible for loss of or damage to packages once they leave our hands, so please consider purchasing one or more of these extra services offered by the USPS.

Insurance

Insurance on USPS packages protects you from loss, damage or theft of your package. It is highly recommended and can be purchased at a nominal cost.

Signature Confirmation

Signature Confirmation provides you with an added level of security by requiring a signature from the person who accepts your package. With Signature Confirmation, you can get confirmation of delivery - including date, time and location - and you can request a copy of the recipient's signature.

The USPS offers a variety of other extra services that you may purchase if you wish. Simply let us know which services you'd like to add and send payment - we'll do the rest!
