Cloth Diaper Gallery - Diaper Art?

We first heard the phrase "Diaper Art" when we switched from simple contour diapers purchased from a catalog to the more exciting cloth diapers available online. We were initially surprised to hear the word "art" applied to diapers, which generally are seen as yucky, but necessary, "poo and pee catchers" but since first hearing the phrase we have been repeatedly amazed by the creativity of the Work at Home Moms (WAHMs) who make cloth diapers. "Diaper Art" is a perfect way to describe these amazing creations.

When we started creating Zany Zebra cloth diapers we discovered a perfect outlet for our own creativity. I am obsessed with each new creation - selecting the perfect fabrics, designing and completing the one of a kind applique, and adding the special final details. My husband, Tom, has embraced his role as "master dyer" and is using his artistic knowledge and intuition to dream up amazing hand dyed creations. When each diaper is done we feel a great sense of pride and accomplishment, and are excited to ship it to its new home.
