Custom Diapers Outer Fabrics

We love fabric and feed our obsession by visiting our local fabric stores or ordering fabric from online sources. We can't resist fabrics with cute prints and bright colors, they just beg us to transform them into cloth diapers! Most of our fabric stash for custom diaper outers consists of knit, woven or PUL fabrics. Sometimes we'll come across a specialty fabric we just can't resist and will add that to our list of selections also. All of our fabrics are purchased in small quantites so we can offer fresh new selections frequently. If you see something you like, don't wait - it may not be here later! Custom Diaper PUL - Pockets and AIOs Only PUL (polyurethane laminate) is a great choice for pocket and all in one custom diapers because it's waterproof so you don't need a separate cover. We prefer 1 mil PUL due to it's flexiblity and softness. We do not use PUL with DWR coating (durable water resistant) to avoid exposing children to unnecessary chemicals.

Custom Diaper Knits - Fitteds Only Knits are a great choice for your custom diapers because they keep their bright colors despite frequent laundering. The stretchy weave of knits help custom diapers made from knit materials fit longer than same-size diapers made from woven materials. These knits do not have a waterproof backing so they stay soft and stretchy in your QD or pocket fitteds. Best of all, knits are so soft and comfortable you'll love putting them on your child!

Custom Diaper Wovens - Fitteds Only Wovens are a fun choice for custom diapers because they come in an endless variety of colors, patterns and prints. Almost any theme you can think of is available in a woven fabric. Woven fabrics don't stretch so custom diapers made from woven fabrics will maintain their shape. These wovens do not have a waterproof backing so they are suited for QD or pocket fitteds.
